High precision, wear-resistant Materials High Strength Test Hammer HT-1000, Concrete Test Hammer
When testing the strength of concrete, the concrete test hammer uses a certain elastic force to transit the impact force of an impact hammer to the surface of concrete, its initial kinetic energy redistributes, a part of energy in the form of plastic deformation or residual deformation is asdorbed by the concrete, and another part of enery withich is proportional to the surface hardness is transmitted to the impact hammer, making the hammer resile to a certain height, then the strength of the concrete is derived from the proportioanl relation between the hight of resillence and the concrete srength. With the merits of simple structure, the concrete test hamer is widely used in civil engineering and construction industry for testing the strength of concrete. Compared to other nodestructive testers, the concrete test hammer is an economical and practical nodestructive testing instrument.
HT-1000 is used for testing the strength of high strength building components, bridges and concrete structures( plates, beams, columns, bridge)
Key features:
Center oriented rod using imported materials with high precision, wear-resistant;
Superhard Al-alloy housing to avoid damage of instrument in-site and to extend the instrument's life;
Pointer slider with external spring ring structure, it is not only convenient for the friction adjustment, but also ensures that the friction fource for pointer shaft and slider is uniform, and to enusre the accuracy of the instrument.
